Easy Card Processing (ECP) for Sage BusinessWorks (BW), allows you to apply credit card payments and Electronic Checks to your customer invoices in an easy to use software. ECP is the conduit between the Credit Card Gateway and Sage BusinessWorks. Here’s how it works: You enter the payment, deposit or credit in ECP. ECP then sends the request to the gateway and once approved updates the Costumers account in Sage BusinessWorks. Payments can be applied to a single invoice or multiple invoices at the same time. You can do this either by an individual customer or a group of customers. (By invoice date range and invoice number).
